Here is one of many problems with my Dart Leela. Everytime I go to make a turn, and I put on the turn signals the lights flash correctly but when the lights are on their brightest point the other lights dim, every light on the car dims when the turn signals get brighter. Voltage regulator? GFS on the wiring?

Go ahead and save that weird car, the sedan, the 6 cylinder, the C-Body. If you want a big block musclecar and that's all you care about, your missing the point.

Might be just bad contacts (corosion on contact points in wiring).

This can happen if you have a ground connection that is not 100% connected....look at the engine bay harness ground connections
especially. I also would start to suspect the steering column wiring/ connections. How old is your voltage regulator?
