Ted, I clicked on the "Add to Cart" button and got this:

Then I emptied the cart, and bailed, UNimpressed! I've always hated those clamps that you bolt the cables onto. I believe with the insulation cut back, the conductors are wide open for corrosion to start. I've seen that green creepin' crud 4-5 inches up the cable.

I much prefer these . I like overkill, it beats the snot out of NO kill.

Of course YMMV!

I've used them and actually had a wire fall out of the clamp... :shock:

Not a good thing when it was the red wire for the main starter lead.

Put a lug on the end of the cable, then bolt the cable to the battery terminal with the bolts rather than clamp the wire with the bolts.........
