Was wondering if anyone else think's the K frame should be removed for painting/ Rebuilding the front end?. If so how do you work out the tourqe bars? |

You don't need to remove the K frame when you rebuild the front suspension. There is a special "torsion bar removal tool" that clamps onto the torsion bar without scratching it. You then hit the tool with a hammer to drive the torsion bars out. There are other more "shade tree" ways to remove them, but that's the "right" way. |

They have to walk back at least 8" to get the LCA Bushing studs to clear the K-member they are bolted through.-D.Idiot |
