Yep, you can swap any 1967-1976 K-member between those years (although putting a pre-1973 K and suspension on a 1973+ car would be going backwards in some respects).

Note that the spool mounts sit a little differently than the sandwich mounts, so you will have to adjust the tranny mount a little (I'd use the 1973 spool tranny crossmember instead as well, it's more secure if the rubber fails.)

Since you are swapping to the last generation suspension, make sure to use the 1973+ pitman and idler arms and centerlink as this will free up some headaches with the 1968-1972 centerlink and mounting issues (the parts are cheaper two when you need to replace them.

I can say that if you have a concrete pad to work on, you can pull te engine, then remove the T-bars, shocks, and upper control arms from the donor body....then use a jack to hold the K while you unbolt the K- from the frame and lower the "assembly to the ground"....wheel it over to the other vehicle and jack it back into place and bolt it back up without having to remove all the little stuff. (Did his to my '67 with a 76' K and discs, did same procedure to install it in my '73....did it one more time to my sunroof '76...pretty easy).
