 Post subject: control arm Pivot shaft

So my control arm pivot shaft is frozen in my control arm. ive soaked it in oil used heat, but just cant not get the damn thing out. has anyone else had success on getting your pivot shaft out?

This is pressed out from the torsion bar side with a shop press (20 ton works great), and a small length of rod. If you are going to poly lower bushings just use a torch and burn the old rubber out and use the press to swap the bushing in...or any combination to get the desired results.
