get a cable system-from one of the after market companies-- you will need to switch the gas pedal to a cable style also-- unless you can find the 65-66 cable style($$)

Thanks for the response, I am going to attempt to make my own "custom" rod linkage to cable set up for it using a auto parts store cable kit and a spring and pulley . I think I got it figured out, will post pics soon

Offenhauser made a linkage retrofit kit to use a 4 barrel on their manifold using a modified rode for the early A Body. I'd have to dig it out of my parts to see exactly what needed to be done.

This is what I used for a 904 transmission, and cable :
http://www.bpeusa.com/BPEtkdc.asp

My 67 came with cable operated accelerator from factory, but a pedal from 67 on up including K Cars is easily mounted and connected to the above BPE accelerator cable bracket that is designed for Mopar factory cables. It is an easy install requiring no fabrication; you would need to drill a few holes in floor to mount a pedal, and cable.

wjajr is right. I have personally used that kit before, and it is very good.
