A little more info, please. Will it restart? How long do you have to wait, untill restart? After restarting, will it die, again? How long?

Sounds like a plugged fuel line......not getting enough fuel to sustain higher loads traveling.

Have you done Dan's fuel line mod?

is there oil in car
does gauge work/hooked up?

1.clean carb or have someone do it.
2.replace exterior filter ( if you have one ) from carb.
3 remove tank line to fuel pump.
4. install a rubber fuel line long.
5..safely (w/good fire extinguisher) away from home/garage
temp put a metal fuel can. with that rubber hose into it, some where in engine compartment that is sturdy (as in it wont fall over )
use 1 -3 cups of gasoline.
6. have garden hose handy incase there's a major problem.
7.have a motor head there 2help you.
8.start run/can you see the gas getting lower..
or no (fuel pump issues then ).

if it does then someone put duck feathers (or a sock) in your gas tank they will swell up and clog the fuel lines then after resting fuel will flow until the swell/clog again.

My understanding is there is supposed to be. It cools the winders down.

Classic failed coil.

Very rare, but that is exactly where I would look.
