would there be any problem using brake line as an oil feed? my turbo has a restriction in it smaller than the opening in the brake line so i dont think flow should be a problem. what is everyone else using? |

No problem with that. I used an AN-4 line because it was easy to route and connect |

I just put a "tee" in at the filter fitting, measured the distance from the oil filter, back to the firewall, across to the driver's side inner-fender panel and went forward to the turbo oil inlet. Then, I went to an auto-supply store and got a pre-cut, pre-flared piece of brake hose that length and bolted it on... Took all of 20-minutes... A piece of cake~ Good luck! Yup, same as Bill but i went motor route: T at sender, up to valve cover rail forward using that bendable anchor thingy, around front of valve cover to turbo. Use a tube bender and it looks like it belonged their. I went cheap and used an old trans cooler line, cut end and used a short piece of hose to connect to turbo inlet. You can press in a carb jet into the rubber hose as a restrictor if turbo doesnt have one. something like .75-1 lpm. |
