I've seen a lot of people posting about Kelsey Hayes caliper bolts. Are they something significantly differrent than regular bolts?

Someone correct me if I am wrong but I believe #91257A698 Grade 8 7/16"-20 thread x 1 3/4" bolts will work from here http://www.mcmaster.com/#catalog/120/3133/=qelzxu

The shoulder on these are special, not ordinary. There was a recent thread on these a few months ago. Someone found the ford version of these but they were different thread (coarse, not fine iirc?). The mopar ones seem to be made of unobtanium.
