My sensor is about 2 off TDC, is there an offset you can plug into MS to compensate for a stationary sensor (that should have been adjustable but I thought I nailed it) ? I thought I saw something like that in there. Sort of a global timing offset?

Yes - using EDIS there is at least. Called Trigger Offset or Advance Offset. Which tuning software are you using? In Tuner Studio its under tools > Trigger Wizard.

sweet! whats the max value? I know EDIS only does 10 degrees limp home but this allows a few mm wiggle room on mounting a VR pickup or adjusting a slipping trigger wheel.

If it's within 5 degrees, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
