Had to drill out my fuel sender. Yes I soaked the screws. Everyday for a week. Just to much rust. Now I have a bigger problem.

While trying to remove the remaining parts of the screw I had two break off and two more the drill pulled off center. And the other two are just sitting there laughing at me.

So my question is can I rotate the fuel sender and drill and tap new holes ? But threads in plastic may not hold.
Or do I have to drill out the rest of the screw all the way thought the plastic donut and replace with new nuts and bolts?

Any and all suggestions welcome
