I was wondering if anyone knew a flat rate time to replace a cam?

More info would be helpful because it is unusual to just replace a camshaft alone... unless you want to do it for a performance change / power improvement.

Said another way...
A camshaft replacement is a big job so you may want to do a full engine rebuild or replacement, if you are working with a high mileage engine.

I pulled a labor time for Apen/Volare- 7.0 hours + .3 for A/C. ( you have to pull the head to get the lifters out with the 75-up peanut plugs)
