I'm finally getting around to replacing my old style (64) brake shoe springs and automatic adjusters to the newer style ones on my 9" drum brakes.

Can't do one side, then the other; because it's a slightly different setup.

I figured out most of it, but need to see were the bottom spring hooks up. I found a picture of an 11" drum in one of my old manuals, but the picture isn't zoomed in enough to figure out if one side of the bottom spring attaches to the shoe or part of the adjuster.

Anybody got a picture of the newer setup?

Thanks

Found a online source of manuals.

So I found out how to hook up the spring (my guess was wrong)..

I'll post a link to the manuals in another thread.
