Does anyone have an original 63 radiator sitting around?

Or photos of one out of the car?

Especially showing the bottom tank?

I just pulled mine out and sent it off to someone to have a custom radiator built, since the round-top rads are no longer available.

Getting the original one back next week. Will snap a pic of the bottom tank for you if you wish. Any particular thing you're focusing on?

Thanks.
Actually, last night I found some pics in a 2009 post.
http://slantsix.org/forum/viewtopic.php ... r&start=15

I was trying to remember how the original radiator hooked up.
I got rid of my old one years ago.

But I would still like to see a picture of the rebuilt radiator when you get it.

If you can, can you send pics of the brackets and their length and width?

What is the height of the original 63 rad - from bottom of lower tank to top of upper tank ?

Here are the specs on the Chrysler 63 stock round-top rad:

H: 21" from the bottom to the top of the tank. 22 1/8" to the top of the filler neck WITH the cap on.
Bracket length both sides from the bottom 'tongue' to the top edge: 13 3/8"
Bracket width both sides: 1 3/4"

Here are some pics:

Shore did, quite happy with the quality. Thank YOU for the referral! I am unfortunately having to send it back to Randy as something must have glitched with the computer software he uses to cut the tanks to size. The thing ended up just slightly too tall to allow the hood of the Dart to close - it's the Billet filler neck that's standing taller than the stock one. But he is taking care of it - that's customer service! Can't wait to get it back into the car and enjoy some cool runnin'.

Did you go with the single row of 1" tubes, or some other configuration?

Yes I believe that's what we decided to do. I informed I'd be installing the factory A/C but didn't have the stock ring shroud. He seemed to think I might not need it with this lovely new rad with much better heat transfer. We'll see!
