Any tips to remove this sucker? The others I could wiggle off but the thrust bearing doesn't leave much room for any wigglin

To get the #3 main bearing insert out of the cap, place something narrow and blunt on the edge opposit the tab then tap the insert edge to slide it around. Once the other side pops-up about 1/2 inch, you can push it away from the cap.

Erp doc sorry I should have been more clear. I can't get the cap itself off of the block.

Pull the bolts up in the cap and tap them side to side with a plastic hammer. The cap will pop loose and work out.
