I am looking for door hinge bushing and pin for my 62 Lancer 4 door. Is there anything available? Cheers, B |

Not as an off-the-shelf item; you'll need to check with door hinge refurb specialists. |

If you get desperate you might be able to find something else that will work for the bushing. I worked at an independent VW shop for a while and needed to re-bush hinges on a karmengia (they don't have bushings originally) and found that a bronze valve guide insert worked perfectly. More than likely if you can find a real parts man you could look through bushings and pins for other cars and find one that will work. |

Use roll pins - they have a long slit in them. A dab of weld at top of hinge to hold them in place. They work better than the original door pin. |
