Got the truck running. Started to overheat. Pulled the thermostat even though it is new. Still overheating Water pump is working. Truck sat for 15 years. Wasn't the coolest running truck when it was parked Now my question... Are the truck and car radiators the same for the slant? I was using a truck rad in my 67 until I found a volare in a u-pull-it yard with an 18" rad and shroud. |

Can't say for sure if it'll fit, but that's a pretty decent price. If you measure, measure, and measure again before ordering you'll save some heartache. Been there, done that. The V8 water neck is on the wrong side, so make sure it's for a slant. But it can be made to work with the right hoses in a truck. I'm running a radiator from a D350 wrecker and it bolted right in, just needed a universal upper hose, the acordian looking one. |
