That is a lean burn distributor with dual pickups and no vacuum or mechanical advance. You do have the desireable late model distirbutor hold down system, though.

If you want an ignition system that has any kind of timing advance (mechanical and/or vacuum) you will need to get a non-lean burn electronic ignition distributor.
