I should know this....but I don't. This bracket is for an automatic trans-to-Slant six block. Does a manual trans use a different bracket? Or the same?

There is a wider one.
It has a tab for a return spring.
Manual Transmission.

They are different.

If you only had an a904 auto bracket you could cut and weld it into a manual trans bracket if you really needed to.
