Want to convert my from drums on my 63 Valiant to discs.... aftermarket kits are expensive, so I was wondering if there is a cheaper alternative.. without changing my current, A-arm, spindle etc.??

You have to buy the MC / Run additional plumbing / buy the Calipers& discs for your application.
Should be cheaper than the alternatives. Requires a bit more work than the straight bolt on.

I have no firsthand knowledge of the parts, yet.
