Hey everyone, I'm trying to find the proper power steering high pressure hose for my 1970 Dodge Dart. This car has the 225 Slant Six, with A/C. I am not sure how to verify what kind of pump I have, and all the pictures of power steering hoses I've seen when looking for a replacement have not matched what I have currently in the car. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Here y'go. If the fitting at the steering gearbox end doesn't look like it'll match up, you may need to unscrew/remove a thread adapter already screwed into the gearbox.

Thanks Dan!
If this could possibly help anyone else out in the future and the link doesn't work, I'm purchasing the Edelmann 80127 power steering hose.

Update on this topic here. The Edlemann 80127 wasn't quite the correct one. It had a male end that needed to be a female end for hooking up to the steering pitman arm. So I ended up purchasing an Edlemann 70337 from Rock Auto. I had to manipulate the bends of the hose a little bit, but it did fit, and seems to be working well.

The hose doesn't connect to the pitman arm, it connects to the steering gearbox. And I told you exactly how to deal with this mismatch: unscrew the fitting threaded into the top of the steering gearbox, then the male end of the hose goes right in. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I have bought those edlemann hoses before and sometimes the required adapter fitting is in the bag with the new hose.

I'm fairly sure that the hose I was replacing is the original equipment hose from Dodge, and the 70337 had the same connections that the OEM used, and I wanted to keep it that way.

Thanks for correcting me on the steering box part. I get lost with words at times.
