anyone know the tork spec for the pressure plate of a 1966 /6 ?

for 5/16" - 18 bolts on the clutch cover the torque is 200 Inch Pounds. (17 foot pounds)

If you use the search function, there was a nice discussion of all the torques maybe 2-4 months ago. I always torque mine to 25-30 ft-lbs, but YMMV. The 7/16" bolts to the crankshaft are 55 ft-lbs spec, IIRC, but I always torque to 65-70 ft-lbs and use red loctite.
