I've been looking around for the same. So far, I haven't found out much except that instead of a tensioner pulley, you can use an adjuster arm to tighten on the alternater to the right tension. I haven't gotten around to comparing 318 pulleys to 225's. I'm thinking something has to swap in there.

What's the attraction behind a serpentine system? The way I look at it you loose one belt you loose every accessory instead of only some....

Serpentines are supposed to be less drag than V-belts. Sure you're down to one belt, but they're meant to last 50k miles. Other than that, I just like the look of them.
