Hi there folks

Would you recommend a single 2 barrel carb or 2 single barrels? I have an old dual 1 bbl intake manifold that seems to have the most even legs I've ever seen on a slant 6 intake, and I was wondering if dual carbs (overcoming the difficulties for getting 2 1 bbl regulated evenly) would be the same, worse or better than 1 2 barrel carb. My car has a mild cam, shaved block and head (.120 overall) 1 3/4" primary 2 1/4 secondaries dual ex and is currently bored .020 over stock.

Have you tried a large 2-barrel, such as one off of a big block. My personal favorite is the motorcraft two-barrel. Jeg's also sells 500 cfm 2-barrels.
