: on removing the golve box. (use a
: "stubby" screw driver to remove
: the screws then drop it out from behind)

: unit to the passenger floor and removing the
: snaps to take-off the front cover. (use a
: bent screwdriver blade, inserted into the
: clip's groove) I leave all the cables and
: wires attached while I swap cores right on
: the car floor. The job goes pretty fast.

: "pressure check" it before
: installing. ( Hook it up to your car's
: under-hood heater hoses and run the engine
: untill hot and on rad. cap pressure)

: The entire heater box should pull-down if you
: remove the 4 fan motor nuts, the hose end
: outlet cover and the pletum box control rod
: "hook". This hook is a long rod
: with a bolt at the bottom of the box.
: It is a good idea to open the vent door and oil
: the bolt threads before unscrewing. This
: bolt has to be loosened a lot before you can
: get it off the sheetmetal lip it
: "hooks".

: As for that gloove box, you may be able to
: squeeze it down some and work it out forward
: or get it out the back once the heater box
: drops down some.
