In building my performance 225 my Cam Manufacturer recommends setting the Intake at 18 and Exhaust at 20 (Hot). What should it be set at Cold prior to startup????????? How much variance is normal between cold and hot??????

I leave mine .002 loose for a first time start-up so .020 & .022 should work for your cam.
