I have a '66 plymouth belvedere that has a nice
running slant 6 , I want to put a comp cam in it.
And am wondering if it can be done with the slant still in the car, took a look at it and it dont look like it would be to bad...

You should be able to do it in your Belvedere,
I have done it in a number of A-Bodies so the full size car *should* have more room.

It is best to take some measurements seeing that the SL6 camshaft is 25 1/2 inches long,
lots of stuff can get in the way.

See the link for some PICs and info. on the in car cam swap I did on my 64 Dart.

This really depends on the car in question...some of them, if you remove the radiator and grill, you have a clear shot at the cam exit path. Others...no way!

If you have air conditioning, the condenser might be in the way.
