Being self employed I don't have time to be on the internet 24/7. I got a phone call to see if my ears were burning and I ought to get online. The problem I have Mr. Parker, is you being the rule enforcer for the race at Mo-Kan. If you are such an expert and on the internet all the time, you should have stated the rule before Dale traveled 1500 miles for no points. If you are in a points race and your oponent races more, his odds of breaking his car is greater than someone that stays home. You, Mr. Parker, had 5 or 6 days to bring up the rule, but you were in a points race and never left the area where most of the races were at that time.

As far as fuel fragance, it must help because no tech or strarting line workers at KCIR, Gateway, Clay City, Bristol or Tulsa ever questioned it. We used it and didn't break any parts but the two tenths we gained was not worth it. I felt bad for Seymour because we let him down.

This is old history let it die. I did not bring up that point Norm Foster did. I am not a rule interpter. As I said ask Mike Jefferies who wanted this rule and who it bit . Dito Him. I aint got enuff damn since to be a rule interpter. I did not even ask about your record it sounds good to me. If we are going to call our self a racing group we still need to have standards. Do you agree or not. If not then we could have 20 national champions in one year. Let It Go . Damn this is getting hard to keep doing. At our annual banquit is where all rule s are brought up and or changed this is past history to. I do not noderate that It is up for discussion ask the people that have attended it. Dale told me after that incident im not his keeper or informer. I am in a points race every year that is my goal to be national champion. Why doint you pull to six events every year and try that on a firefighters pension huh huh. Plus this year i put up 1000 dollars at different races and already put up 500 dollars for a race next year. Doint worry bout poor ole Dale he can take care of himself. Thanks Ron Parker

I'm confused. I thought the only one who got bit by the "Jeffrey Rule" was Mike himself? :?

Mark, I know I was the one who spilled the beans on you guys running nitro, but I thought it was a joke at the time. I didn't know you guys were really running it. However, wasn't your record in an Unlimited class? It should have stood anyway. It's not like you guys were the only ones being "inventive" with the rules.

I am so sorry that i posted a question about nitro methane. I only did this because i am on alcohol and was wondering if it was legal in the slant races if i added this to my fuel. I had no idea i would stir up anything. I never intended to stir up the pot on such a sensitive issue. Sorry Ron and Mark

Norm, I guess the real answer is that nitro is illegal at any NHRA or IHRA sanctioned track in anything but a Fuel car. :D

I doint know who told team Green that crap but it looks like they beleve anything that is said about me. So im building a quiet turbo nitro burning A gas Bat out of Hell 69 Dart and put a little Bud in the fuel Seymour want know the difference. Hell that turbo thing is power steering Seymour Beside Team Green Yall Aint Skeered Of Me are You. Thanks Ron Parker :D

Sometimes the best way to resolve a thread like this is to stop posting on it. Personally, I like Mark; and would like to see him around here a bit more, but I know he is a busy guy.
The bottom line is what happend then doesn't matter; it's over. Maybe some folks feelings are still hurt over it. Which is better, to be right; or to let it go?
I left a Mopar web site forever a while back because of this type nonesense. Let's stop this thread now. Slant six guys are way too much fun to go on like this.
