Can you identify this set up, what is it, what is it worth, what all additional parts would I need to hook it up, and should I get it for my 198?

Looks like a pretty clean adaptation of a Weber 2bbl carb onto a 2-piece EB-welded aluminum intake, complete with suitably adapted air cleaner. I've never run one of these carbs, but I bet it could be made to work well. You'd likely need to do some throttle linkage adaptation, particularly if your car has an automatic transmission.

You'll like this weber very much. :)

Parts plentiful and jets available. If yoiu discover needs tuning get air/fuel gauge and a O2 sensor. Narrowband is ok, but wideband is excellent but spendy as it's a complete kit by about 2x than narrowband.

Cheers, Wizard

Oooooohhhh a Weber. Looks like whoever put that together knew what they were doing. I'd love to try a 2BBL Weber for a Super Six setup...

Adapting the linkage shouldn't be too difficult if you know how to rig up a control cable.
