Would this throttle body be a good choice for a turbo blow-through setup for MPI? I would mount it upon a super six manifold with a homemade adaptor

You could use that but why not save some money & goto the wreckers & get a throttle body off a 4.6 ford or chevy or something for about $20.00 instead of $300.00 for the eddy one. Then you have more money for other components(just my .02)

90 mm is downright huge for a slant. I used a junkyard 4.6 Ford throttle body myself; it's more like 65 mm.

If you don't want to go to the junkyard get one of the bored over Jeep 4.0L ones on ebay. Those are usually quite nice and should be about the right size. However, these guys are right, don't bother with high dollar stuff unless you absolutley have to. Besides there's plenty of Mustangs to steal TB's off.

I use a jeep 4.0 tb on my efi -- The GN and GNX Buicks dont have a huge TB.. The Air is forced so it's going to get in there no matter what.

The haed and valves will hold it back more than the TB will.
