yep old hardware store parts bin, i have even boken a few off and drilled / tapped em out to a slightly bigger size, and replaced with grade 8 hardware store ones.

PS, buy one of the Electric choke kits and you'll only need one bolt, the "rear" one closest to the cylinder head...unless you have a '70-'72 exhaust manifold, in which case you must use two bolts at this location to avoid an exhaust leak.

the original choke stove bolts were stainless steel which were far less likely to seize in the cavities.
