It looks like there isnt enough room for a 4bbl on the one I like. I dont see how one would mount. What carb was used stock for it. how would a holley/demon work on it and for the record a 2bbl addapter is still a good idea.

Originally they used a 400 cfm Carter AFB - small form factor - the pattern is being adjusted to allow the installation of a 4150/60 type Holley 4BBl in size with the correct adapter plate - the 4BBL is being modified internally for better mixture control

Unfortunately not , but i have one waiting to be sent to me :D

This is the adapter I use to run a 4150 on another RSA 4BBL Manifold that was only intended for for the AFB

It uses the inner bolt holes to the manifold, and the outer ones to the carb hope this helps

Hi Guys,
I had requests for lnkage kits and adapters which would allow the fitment of BBS Carbs

Not a problem - linkage kit will be completed over this week end -

I Changed the kits design to make it more sturdy and and adaptable to different carb setups -

The killer for the clifford hyper pak intake is the fact that even without the use of an adaptor, you either have to find a drop base air cleaner, run an air cleaner that has a narrow air filter element (2"), or cut the hood...

even if you cut 6" of length off it, you still have problems with spacing of the air cleaner as compared to the ribs reinforcing the hood...

So why aren't they machined with a carb pattern like the older clifford hpaks (the original jig Doc has for carb stud holes), so buyers can gain back that extra 1/2" the carb adaptor steals with the limited hood clearance... (that if you use a short ram(Offy), it puts the air cleaner in the stock location where there is lots of room for a taller/stock air cleaner???

Would that include a divided plenum with the carb rotated 90 degrees compared to the usual V8 mounting, by any chance? Just wondering as that intake looks like it might be a good candidate for that.

Mat YOU my man have it all in one and if you guys look at the comparison with a cast iron supersix equivalent circa 1968 :D - export slantsix -You will see the carb is not that far from stock position :

It wasn't about linkage issues - I was kind of wondering with the odd runners branching off the ends of the plenum layout if a split plenum may have better fuel distribution than an undivided one.
