Hi Guys,
I am compiling a list of parts that work on both

This is what I have so far - I have heard about Hemi oil pump springs and so - but what else exchanges between the lot

LA V8 Crank pulley bolt
B/RB damper - just need to re apply timing marks
B/RB crank timing sprocket and chain
B/RB Lifters
B/RB Roller lifters - Crane list them same P/N 66515-16 as V8
Starter - well my slant and 318LA has identical units
LA V8 Valve springs 340 in particular
Ford 302 W valves
LA V8 rotor well mine are the same - Chrysler EI systems same P/N rotor
The Australian HEMI6 Dizzy fits with a spacer - according to them
CHEV SB V8 3 bolt pulleys fit the slant on the damper

Valve springs will interchange between LA and Slant. 340 springs are what I'm using with my Purple cam.

Not Mopar, but if you want bigger valves, Ford Windsor 302 valves fit the Slant. That's what I'm using.

Read you Dan - OK was thinking South Africa centric we only have the Chrysler reduction gear unit over here - 10-tooth, 33mm-diameter

Oh yes the rotors in the electronic dizzys is listed as the same part number - too k the one from my 318 LA and the one from the slant identical down to the partnumbers

Careful there, too — Lucas- and Bosch- and Prestolite-made distributors on various-year/various-market slant-6s and V8s.

Wasn't it the 426 Hemi spark plug tubes and seals that fit the slant, or just the tube seals?

All LA/B/RB/AMC .904 lifters will fit... now with hydraulic lifters (most LA/Some B/Some AMC)...proper oiling will be a problem...
I wouldn't include roller lifters although they fit, the cam blank is a $1K pop before you apply the grind to it...

Hemi V8 spark plug tubes are way longer than slant-6. No chance of interchange.
