What is the Knurl Diameter of the 1/2"-20 Studs used with the Disk brake front end on ~'73 Dart?

I need some longer studs to be legal with my new wheels.

Thanks!

CJ

Try ARP 100-7703 for 1/2-20 front disc brakes.

I need about an inch longer than stock. 3/4" longer would be just legal. The 3-1/2" would be pretty long, and the caps on the lugs would have to be removed.
2-5/8" or maybe up to 3" would work. Does ARP make them in that length?

ARP doesn't appear to make a shorter 1/2-20 wheel stud with a .625" knurl. Moroso wheel studs are the same length. Both will project through the brake rotor about 3". What's the underhead length of the existing wheel stud? I've run 3" wheel studs on my race car. The caps on chrome acorn lug nuts come right off when you tighten them down.

Existing lists as 1-5/8"

At least I won't have to pull a lug nut at tech with the acorn popped off the end!

The rear's come through ~1/2" It's pretty close though. I may need to change my wheel choice, or replace the studs back there as well.
