You have a 5 x 5.5 bolt pattern. 86 up Dodge trucks and vans, Ford 1/2 ton pickups and vans going back to the early 70s, Jeeps, and a few others have used this bolt pattern. On my 84 Ford 1/2 ton van I am running a set of original Jeep slotted mags. You should have a wide range of rim choices.

The 5 x 6.5 in the door jam is actually "15 x 6.5", the factory original rim size. The "1" on the 15 was printed on the black space of your label.

Yup, lots of tire and rim options. My truck is 84 and for a spare tire I used a tire/rim from a Ford Ranger. For 86 and newer I think the Jeep rims would look cool, but the newer Rams will not fit properly IIRC. Even if they do, they'd look like crap IMO.
