which Comp Cam do people prefer or suggest for a mild slant 6 rebuild using the oversize valves, and running the standard BBD carb ?

Comp offers the 252S and the 264S.
which one should I choose?
Installed into an old '68 Dart sedan-

None.........

Slantsix.org has a deal with erson for discounted cams.

Also Doc developed some special grinds with them.

The cam experts will chime in, but I'd say the special RV10 or RV15.....

(depending on your driving style, amount of build(compression ratio), automatic or manual,......)

My main questions always revolve around the trans - stick or auto, and will you use a higher than stock stall converter. 252S is almost indistinguishable from stock. 264 will be a bump up. Erson cams are probably better.

OregonCams is a great idea. I asked pretty much the same question before when I was starting out and they gave me the 819. I can never seem to find it but Joshie225 posted the cam information they grind around here somewhere.
My suggestions for a relative stock setup would be in the 260Dur, .4X lift range, and 110-112 LSA. Good Luck, Wes
