Hi
i've just finished to rebuilt my engine:

- set of valves from EPN, with porting on head
-Mopar duster springs
-removal of 0.6' to the cylinder head
- Clifford four barrel intake
- holley 390 cfm
- large exhaust.
- pertronix ignition

But it doesn't start.
The starter ( summit 1.9 HP) turn very slowly.
May be this starter is not enough powerfull with the new compression ratio ?
Or the battery is KO?

What do you think ?

Does the engine spin easy by hand, with a wrench on the front of the crank?

Was the engine's bottom end rebuild with new bearings?

Does the starter spin fast if you test it off the engine?

My brother's Duster 440 always cranked slow, and it ended up having 2 spun rod bearings.
