I recently acquired a 1972 Dodge B200 Tradesman van. It has a Slant six that hasnt been run in some time.

I got it to fire today and while I was spraying the carb with carb cleaner to keep it running,I noticed smoke coming from the side of the engine where the spark plugs are.

Did some investigation and came to the conclusion that 1 of the spark plug tubes (#6) is MIA. I know that the smoke may indicate blow by but im not too concerned about that at the moment.Ill concern myself with those issues later, once I can get the vehicle run on its own without the aid of Carb cleaner sprayed into the throat of the carb. Then ill do the fine tuning thats necessary

Where can I get a replacement tube(or even a set)? There was no smoke coming out of any of the other ares by the spark plugs as the tubes were all installed as they should be.

Ive done some searching and can only find the sets of seals for the tubes, nut the tubes themselves.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I see that you're in Arizona; if you're anywhere near Gilbert or Sky Harbor I can get a spark plug tube to you. Send me a PM.

Growing older is unavoidable but growing up is strictly optional.
