I was wondering if a piston is available that would fit this scenario.
225 block, 198 rods, 170 crank, Hooker 6 into 1 header and a turbo with a 3" exhaust side.
Looking for about 6 to 1 compression.
I have a stock 225 deck height of .074

I dont think the 170 crank will fit in the 225 block. Also I dont think hooker makes a six into one,you would be better off building a custom turbo header.

6:1 compression would be a dog off boost.

Points taken, I have a Hooker 6 into 1, also have a Comp Cams grind #268-10 for a slant (which Comp doesnt have specs for), brought the cam card to work to research and someone threw it any, its new in the box.

See my last couple posts under Duel fire inline six - on overcarbing the engine.

Thank yous.

That's because the code is incomplete...

A Comp slant six bump stick will have this format 64-LOBE-5, (lobe is a 4 digit code from their lobe library).

If it was from summit or a performance catalog then it would have this format CCA-264-1...but they would still need to know the lobe code
(64-6038-5)

170 crank will fit in a 225 block, there are no rods long enough to get the pistons far enough up the hole to get any compression. You would need close to an 8" rod.

I e mailed Comp Cams with what was on the box, 64-248-4 and grind # cr6 268h-10 s.n. T5070, it says CHRY 6 cyl on box too, the guy went to record files and no luck.

I realise now that the stock slant six blocks, with other stock components, have to much compression height to be a CART engine.

Thanks, I know what I can look at for a project now.
