What is the recommended axle lube for a 64 7.25 rear axle?

Used to be SAE90 unless it is really cold out, but a 75W-90 or 80W-90 GL5 is the modern choice.

Thanks Joshua the Motors Repair Manual tells how much but not what weight to use.
