Looks good, make sure to check your foam gaskets on the door next to the heater so it seals well, and I put a little bead of RTV on the mating surface of the box before putting the two halves back together so you get a better seal out of it (you may notice that the defrosters blow a little harder also after that mod).

Thanks DI, quick question, what's the easiest way to get the clips back on the cables? Tried one tonight, didn't seem to want to clip back on very easy so I stopped to see the best way to do these without breaking anything..... :D

Why don’t you get a heater box rebuild kit from Detroit Muscle and make it like new?
