I've been occupied with other things for about two years now... Is anyone currently making an adapter for slant six bolt pattern to small block?

Sorry if this seems redundant, I have spent quite some time searching, but to no avail.

The deafening silence must mean that no, nobody currently is.

Nope, nobody is currently reproducing it due to a lack of interest. Hit up Mopar specialty yards. As of about 2010, wildcat was asking about $200 for a complete factory setup. BUt then you have to add shipping for a cast iron adapter. You probably can make your own if you are reasonably competent with a marker.

wvenables was having one made a while back. Maybe his machinist kept the pattern.

The one I had made is in the hands of Dart 270. It was made by Team Green. Last I knew he said they were not going to make any more, but that may have changed.

Wayne took my aluminum / slant 6 to small block Lakewood blow proof plate, and had 2 steel ones made. I believe the guy has the cad files.

What are you trying to do?

I'm a "mopar or no car" and I don't put anything else anywhere near my stuff...

I am wanting a(n) A-500/nv3500/getrag 238/np535 behind my slant in a W150.

The NV3500 only has a bellhousing for a small block. The G 238, the same - it's a 6 speed with nice close ratios from 1-6. The NP535 isn't well known, but it should fit nicer than almost anything else. It was also called an NV2500.

There is also a possibility of using an AX15 - for which there is also a SB Mopar bellhousing.

I have both the adapter and crank adapter as eventually I want to replace the 904 in my 87 slant-quipped D100 with a 500/518.

The Getrag 238, was that also the six speed used behind the 3.7 v6 in 3rd gen daks?

I think so. It was also used in full size trucks.
