I brought an aftermarket oil gauge and none of the adapters fit on the oil pump housing. Somebody help me with this issue.

Are none of the adapters supplied a 3/8" npt? If not none of them will fit. You can "T" off the spot with some pipe fittings that will allow the oil sender light sensor, and the gauge to function simultaneously.

These should be standard SAE npt pipe fittings, I'm surprised they aren't included with the kit. Are they metric or something?
