What year truck? Why not rebuild or buy a new pump from thru parts store? There are a few different types of pumps and different hose types. Some depend on year as well.

It's a 75 dodge w100, has power steering gear box from factory. I'm converting the truck to a turbo slant 6 and would like to keep power steering. The slant 6 power steering pump, brackets, and pulley was given to me by a friend.

No reason why it won't work if it will bolt up. I think the 75 box uses o-ring hose and the early pumps are flare. Hoses will probably be the issue. I have the similar issue...73 pump on a new CPP gear box.
