Will the v8 radiator, shroud, and hoses from a Ramcharger work with a slant six in a 'D150. Both trucks are 1986.

Yes! Provided you use a flexible upper radiator hose since the V-8 radiator puts the upper hose on the opposite side of the radiator from the slant six.

I put a v8 radiator in my '84 W150. I used the v8 upper hose but had to trim. The v8 rad has a larger diameter lower hose so I had to use an adapter. The v8 shroud didn't fit. I had to elongate the bolt holes in the slant shroud to make it fit.

I have a 4 core brass radiator from a D-350 tow truck equipped with a 360 in front of my slant and used the stock slant shroud. Like already mentioned, just use a flex hose. Keeps it nice and cool even in 105 degree weather.
