False. The centre hole has to be the right size…the linkage hole has to be in the correct position relative to the cam steps…the choke unloader tang has to be in the correct position…the steps have to be the correct distance out from the centre hole…the counterweight, if there is one (yes on the BBS, no on the BBD), has to weigh the right amount. And plastic isn't involved here; all BBS fast idle cams are metal.
