I might be able to talk son in law out of the truck, but it might be a little spicy. It's got a 360 fo barrow moder in it now, with a rebuilt 727, and a Sure Grip unit in the rear, so major upgrades have been made.

I thought about trying to pry that truck loose but I now have 2 of them, no room for another

I got ToadRacer II home and cleaned out a couple or more decades worth of leaves, dirt, rust, etc.

It appears to have last been registered in 1971.

The odometer shows 48,xxx miles and there are service stickers in the door jamb that say the next service was due at 46,950 miles…

With the big hole in the windshield and sitting with the front of the car exposed, the rust in the floorboards is fairly significant. It doesn’t appear to be insurmountable or significantly structural at this point.

Once I get the Turismo carcass out of the way at the “other” shop I’ll get TR II up on some big jackstands and crawl up under it with a good light, a hammer, a pick, a screwdriver, and a beer…

I plan to deconstruct this car and gut it for a race car, so if anyone needs any interior hardware, etc let me know.

Rob, put up a parts for sale ad on FABO. One member over there parted out a 64 Cuda, and was getting requests for just about everything. Even small things. I got some parts for my Valiant, and I thought he had reasonable prices.
