In my quest for dual carter BBS carbs, I didn't realize there were two different venturi bores and my otherwise perfect set wasn't so perfect. So I'm getting some other ones that I need to try and rebuild and wanted to know how I can get all the rust and crap off of this one. I have some carb dip, but figured I might need more than that to bring this sucker back to life.

Advice?

Here's the beast:

Thanks!

First step = strip it down and dunk it in the carb dip. Then you can clearly see what you've got to start with.

Sounds good. We'll see what it reveals. Thanks!
