Are there any variances in the intake port sizes in the different brands you have used? I don't suppose anybody makes a "race port" gasket like the Fel-pro 1262 as opposed to the standard port 1205 for small block fords.

The Clifford gasket has a slightly larger port "cut" to it.

For a true large port, super HD intake gasket, contact the Cox Boys, they have them.

Go for the Cox Bros. gasket. Open the ports up to whatever size you want. It has lots of meat around the ports, and is extra thick for good sealing. Contact

I have have a lot of trouble sealing off intake leaks with the standard gasket.
Anyone have any tricks? Also, does anyone make a intake gasket that seals better than the stock Felpro?
